Personalised Items
Willow Candles cannot be held responsible for customer's spelling mistakes on personalised items, so please check all wording at time of ordering.
Where the customer supplies their own art work, the customer undertakes to indemnify us against infringement of any patent, registered design, trade mark or copyright and any loss, damage or expenses which Willow Candles may incur.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of stock/items. If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason you will be informed within 24 hours.
Willow Candles will not be held responsible for any loss or delay beyond our control once passed to Royal Mail or Courier Service.
Photos for inclusion on candles and cards are to be emailed to info@willow-candles.co.uk Photos posted will be returned with the finished order
All orders are processed only upon receipt of payment in full where you are also accepting these terms and conditions.
For those of you who wish to pay by cheque please note your order will not be processed until the cheque is cleared
Refunds/Returns
The return of personalised items will not be accepted unless the mistake is ours (so please check all spellings and dates where applicable), where we will offer you a full refund on your order or send a new and corrected order with the cost of the return postage once we have received the goods.
Returns will not be accepted just because you do not like the finished product.
Please note that all personalised gifts are meant for decoration purposes only
