Postage

Delivery is normally via Royal Mail and all items posted have proof of posting, some orders are sent recorded signed for and some by different courier, we try and find the safest and cheapest option available to save YOU money.  

First Class Small Pakage up to 3kgs - delivery will be within 2-3 working day or by Standard Parcel up to 3kgs - delivery will be within 3-5 working days.  

In the event of lost items it is our responsibility to track and find the said item, but Royal Mail do not class an item lost until 15 working day from dispatch, longer when sending overseas   We will do our utmost to track your order and keep you up to date at all times.  Once Royal Mail have made a full refund we will then refund all payments made back to the customer via payment method originally used.
