We had our Leavers’ celebration this afternoon at which we presented each student with one of your candles. Parents, teachers and students all thought it was a wonderful touch. Some students declared there were never going to light them but preserve them as a keepsake; others were going home to have a candle-lit bath this evening to round off their special day. In short, the candles were a great success.
